1120 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the 1120 platform. By registering for or using any service on this site, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
These terms apply to all users of the 1120 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms & Age Restriction
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1120 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are located in a jurisdiction where the use of such a platform is permitted by law. 1120 does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction. 1120 reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements, without further explanation.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1120 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice or payment of any outstanding balance.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All details provided must reflect your true identity. 1120 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents, to meet compliance requirements.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. 1120 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
1120 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of involvement in fraud, abuse, bonus misuse, or any activity that violates these terms.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 1120 platform agree to use the service solely for lawful personal entertainment. Use for commercial purposes, resale, or any form of abuse is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or undermine the functionality of the platform
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account
- Submitting false claims or providing misleading information to the support team
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through multiple accounts or other unauthorised methods
1120 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including bonus forfeiture, balance freezing, and account closure — should any of the above rules be breached.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All transactions on the 1120 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and DuitNow, subject to periodic updates. 1120 does not accept cash payments or any unlisted payment methods.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in the relevant section of the platform when you are logged in. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 1120 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the stated business timeframe, though unexpected delays may occasionally occur.
1120 is not responsible for transaction delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are solely the user's responsibility.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
1120 does not guarantee that its services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, 1120 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, logos, and code on the 1120 platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or make use of any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 1120 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1120 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 1120 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
